This may look like a noob qn to us, especially since he is 'unrated', which is a nice way to display it as the actual value for rating is really just... 0. But his experience in bidding here probably exceeds us all several times. This is most probably to be a qn which is likely to lead to online fraud. Even if u give them a/c number or Paypal, you can still suffer. So those who do auctions out there pls beware.
